• Full access to all notes and features is granted to users with an active, paid subscription or a valid demo period.
• Subscriptions are activated after payment confirmation via WhatsApp, which may take 1-2 hours depending on seller availability.
• Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You do not own the content you view — all rights remain with Kuldeep Singh.
• When your subscription or demo period expires, your access to premium content will be automatically revoked.

3. Restrictions on Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, saving, or copying any notes.
• Taking screenshots or screen recordings.
• Printing any part of the notes (unless using the official "Print Order" feature).
• Sharing your account login with others.
• Selling, redistributing, or publishing the content.

4. Anti-Piracy Notice

We actively monitor for unauthorized sharing and may embed digital tracking within our notes to trace leaks. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

5. Enforcement Actions

If you are found violating these Terms, the Owner/Seller may:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account.
• Remove access to specific notes or your entire library without refund.
• Take legal measures to recover damages.

All enforcement decisions are final.

6. Service Availability

• Access is usually provided continuously.
• In rare situations, the site may be offline for up to 1 hour for maintenance or technical issues.

7. Agreement Requirement

You must explicitly agree to these Terms when registering or logging into your account. Use of this platform implies full acceptance.
